Hello Amigos, this is my first-ever article on Hashnode. I am excited to be here and share my knowledge. In this article, we will deep dive into distributed systems and blockchain.

Blockchain is a very familiar term today and it is considered a new revolutionized concept in today's market.

Before understanding Blockchain, we must know what Distributed Systems are and what important role it plays in Blockchain Technology.

Distributed Systems is a computational paradigm used within Blockchain where multiple nodes or computers work together in coordination to achieve a common goal or outcome.

When it comes to blockchain technology, distributed systems are at the core of its functionality. Blockchain is essentially a decentralized ledger that records transactions across multiple computers or nodes within a network. Each node maintains an identical copy of the ledger, ensuring transparency and security.

By utilizing distributed systems within blockchain technology, several benefits are realized. Firstly, it eliminates the need for a central authority or intermediary as transactions are verified and validated by consensus among participating nodes. This decentralization ensures trust and immutability in the recorded data.

Moreover, distributed systems enhance the resilience and fault tolerance of blockchain networks. Since data is replicated across multiple nodes, even if one node fails or becomes compromised, the network can continue functioning seamlessly without disruption.

In conclusion, understanding distributed systems is crucial in comprehending how blockchain operates. It enables decentralized consensus mechanisms and ensures the integrity and reliability of data within this transformative technology.
